SOLUTIONS TO ERECTILE PROBLEMS, PREMATURE EJACULATION – CUMMING TOO QUICKLY

When you start to feel like you are about to cum and you would like to stop yourself, start to think about things that do not turn you on:  your laundry, your boss, all the work that you have to do, your parents, or anything else that will distract your thoughts.  Then once the feeling that you are about to cum goes away, and then you can focus on your sexual activity again.  You can repeat this over and over again, until you are ready to cum.

GO DEEP AND STAY
Go deep and stay for a few seconds.  If your partner is controlling the rate, do not be afraid to tell him or her to slow it down.  When you stay still for a few seconds your urge to climax will disappear and you will be ready to go.

A cock ring is a circular ring that you place over your penis.  The ring will hold the blood in the veins of your penis and will keep you erect longer and your erection will be firmer. (See section on physiology of an erection).  This is good for the person that cannot keep a firm erection.  To see if you are a good candidate, when you have an erection, squeeze the base and see if it gives you a stronger erection.  If so, you are a good candidate.

I suggest that that you buy an adjustable cock ring.  If it is adjustable you will not have any trouble taking it off.  Get the kind that is either leather or rubber and has snaps on it.  Never leave the ring on for more than 30 minutes!!!  You might damage your penis.  Oh yeah, if it isn’t adjustable, put it on before you get hard, just don’t leave it on for too long!!!  If you want to be discrete, buy one that matches your skin color.

TRAIN YOUR ERECTIONS
Masturbation is the ultimate form of Safe Sex and it enables you to train your erections by yourself.  Fantasize and masturbate until you feel like you are about to ejaculate.  Stop right before you orgasm.  Once the feeling that you are going to cum goes away, restart masturbation.  Do this three times before you allow yourself to orgasm.  Use some type of lubricant so that the feeling can be close to that of a mouth, vagina, or well-lubed anus.  Eventually you will want to do it with a condom.  This will train your penis and your erection to be comfortable with condoms.

PRACTICE WITH YOUR PARTNER
Not all practicing has to take place solo.  You can and should also practice with your partner.  Remember, practice makes perfect!!!

Have your partner stimulate you  (if it is vaginal or anal penetration, let your partner control the rhythm) until you feel near to climax.  When you are about to climax, tell him or her to stop.  After the feeling passes, you can instruct your partner to start again.  Repeat this three or four times before you ejaculate.

The first time the two of you try it, let your partner use his or her hand.  The second time, they should use their hands, but a lubricant should be added.  The third time, try it with your partner riding on top of your penis in a way that you are in control of their body movements.  With your hands on their hips, allow them to move up and down on the penis until you near climax.  At this point, motion or tell them to stop.  Instruct them to start back after the feeling has subsided.   Repeat this three or four times.

Eventually you will be able to lie side by side, in the spoon position and control your own thrusts.  Stop when you feel like you are going to cum and start back after the feeling subsides.  Eventually you will be able to simply slow down instead of stop when you need to gain control.

When you feel like you are close to climax, pull out and gently squeeze the head of your penis.  You can do the squeezing or your partner can do it.  Squeeze long enough for the feeling that you are about to cum goes away.  After the feeling passes, you can restart sexual activity.
