Welcome to the #30DaySuccessChallenge!!  Success is one of those things that is so hard to measure.  Is it money?  Is it love?  Is it growth?   Is it happiness?  Is it weight loss?  Is it fitness?  Is it finding a career you love?  Well, the one thing I’ve grown to realize is that it’s all of the above…and for you, it is whatever your heart desires it to be.

The 30Day success challenge is an opportunity for you to take each day as an important step towards your successful transformation.  2015 doesn’t have to be about giving up the things that you like, but it does have to be about growth.

Standing still and growing stagnant fuels depression, arguments, anger, frustration, financial issues, and dreams deferred.  Whatever you daydream for yourself in 2015, we are going to work together to make those things happen.  Understand that every successful venture begins with effort and consistency.  Tweak the tiny things in your life that yield large results, and voila!!  You will look up 30days from now and be so close and so motivated that you can taste your success.

So follow me on InstagramTwitter, or Facebook and each day I will post your #30DaySuccessChallenge.  Check DrRachael.com daily for the science behind what your challenge is for the day.

Each day for the next 30 days for 30 minutes, you should commit to do some form of exercise.  You can walk, run, jazzercise, skate, dance, ski, or whatever you like for 30 minutes, for the next 30 days straight.  Please take this seriously as it is an imporatnat part of the challenge.  This is your personal time for reflection and for physical fitness.

In order to center yourself for the success you deserve, you will focus on diet, nutrition, anger management, motivation, payingItForward, fitness, love, and spirituality.  The better you feel, both mentally and physically, the greater your reward will be!

So write down your goals for 2015, visualize them, and let’s journey through this #30DaySuccessChallenge together.
