Challenge Day 22 – Pause Before You Talk, Text, Post, or Email

Challenge Day 22 – Pause Before You Talk, Text, Post, or Email It’s too easy to let your emotions lead you on a path straight down the tubes, and inevitably twenty-four hours later you often-times regret what you sent and or said.  The biggest problem however, is that once you’ve put those words out there,… Read More

Everrything I buy for my family to eat in our home is organic, even the rice. We eat out, so of course we eat plenty of other stuff too. But scientists worldwide agree that the amount of toxins in our kids is at a record high. Im doing my best to minimize that with my little one. Everyday I try to explain to my mom that times have changed and the pesticides and the preservatives are making kids sick. Everyday, she continues to think I'm making it up, and complains at the cost. . . Every night when we brush our teeth, I remind my little one how grateful and careful we have to be with water, because their are some children who dont have any. So as you strive to grow your little ones up into geniuses, athletes, and Nobel Prize winners, remind them how special this earth is. Teach them that we only get one, and that we have to take care of her. Happy Earth Day!!! #shesworthit #goodmorningtrees #goodmorningbirds #buyorganic or #growyourown ... See MoreSee Less
